Overview
At Quara AI, I own the B2B product roadmap, driving user journey, through onboarding, user-to-paid conversion & retention. I collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders- engineering, design, product and business teams
What I do
- Led the launch of Daily Rentals, a new product (App+Web) based on a two-sided marketplace model from 0-1 and am currently scaling it from 1-10.

Led end-to-end payment integrations, successfully incorporating Buy Now-Pay Later partners to enhance payment flexibility and improve checkout conversion and reduce drop-offs.

Spearhead the development of Wasalt Business website, and lead end-to-end data migration for enhanced data scalability & UX.

Overview
At Stanza Living, I worked directly with the founders to ship products that optimised usability and product experience.
I worked at the intersection of business and product to build growth products across the onboarding journey, payment flows and inventory and catalogue modules.
What I DID
Identified pain points in the onboarding process and defined a strategic product roadmap, replacing free-text inputs with a queued task-based approach and improving system utilization.

Automated payment and inventory flows, decreasing cycle time and improving user satisfaction.

Revamped vendor and catalogue systems to streamline procurement workflows, unify data, and reduce manual errors.
